Submitting your presentation
Power point presentations are to be submitted no later than the day before your talk. You have two options:

  • Send your finished presentation to the chief technician at Arendal Culture Hall at fca@arendalkulturhus.no
  • Submit your presentation on a memory stick to the technicians at the technical desk in the back of the conference auditorium

If you for some reason are not submitting your talk the day before do not use the e-mail option, but deliver your talk on a memory stick to the technical desk.

Power point presentations are to be named in the following way: “Day of the week” + “Time-slot” + “Last name”.

Presenter information Oral Presentation:
– Please aim for a 12 minute presentation, leaving 3 minutes for questions.
– The format of your presentation should be 16:9.
– There will be an on-stage monitor facing the speaker, showing your slides (not notes saved in .ppt) and a clock.
Presenter information Speed Presentation (5 minutes):
– The format of your presentation should be 16:9.
– There will be an on-stage monitor facing the speaker, showing your slides (not notes saved in .ppt) and a clock.
– There will be no time for questions, but all speed talk sessions are scheduled before a break.
Presenter information Posters:
– Portrait format
– No larger than A0 size (841 x 1189 mm), smaller is fine.
– Posters will be attached to a black canvas using needles
– The poster area is behind the stage and can be accessed in breaks, starting from Sunday registration at 16.00.
