Arendal City welcome function
The mayor of Arendal wishes to welcome all conference delegates to Arendal by hosting a reception in the old city hall. Detailed program TBA.
Boat trip to the reserve and dinner on the dock of Flødevigen research station
Wednesday is your day off, but we would like to invite all delegates to join us for a boat trip to the Tvedestrand marine reserve. A large part of the telemetry studies originating in Arendal are carried out at this location, and Dr Even Moland will be your guide to the history of the reserve and the research that has been carried out. If the weather is nice, bring your swimsuits and take a dip in the refreshing water. Water temperatures in June 2018 were as high as 18 degrees, so no need to hesitate. The boats will bring you back to the docks of Flødevigen research station for a dinner and party.
